Merchandise vendors have no daily work requirement! Set up and keep the space healthy stocked. A good rule of thumb is to have least 3-4 time your monthly lease worth of product available for sale . All sales are final. No returns JC will change a 10 percent processing fee on all transaction’s pay all sales tax of products
Vendors are encouraged to decorate their booths. Make your booth fits tour product with shelving rugs lighting ect. You may stock your booths during normal business hours. We use a hand written tag and color coding system for pricing and sales. Serves vendors are by your appointment or by our request when possible.
We have a verity of booth sizes for lease. Booth sizes range from 5’X2’ – 30’x50’ With a 6 month’s contract.
JC keeps all record of sales and one check will go out at the end of each the month.
JC will open 6 days a week closed on Monday and major holidays.
We have security cameras onsite that monitor the interior and exterior of the building.
We do have some restrictions per the city ordinances the following items are not allowed .No alcohol
drugs weapons, animals, flammables, X-rated movies, stolen items

Pricing is based on sq footage. Please advise how much space is needed in your inquiry.
3. Is there a contract requirement to lease a space?
Yes. we offer 2 contract lengths; 6 months and 12 months. All vendors are expected to fulfill the full length of the contract and must provide notice to cancel not less than 30 days before the end of the contract.
